Ream for me is a platform I like, but also find a little frustrating at times (but understand why it is as it is). It's very much a work in progress, which is undoubtable expected as it's a relatively new platform. The team behind it is also small (and only one person updates the site) so it has taken a while for the platform to get features you'll see on other platforms. It is improving, however, and it will definitely evolve into something awesome. It's a great platform for authors and offers safety with spicy stories, unlike places like Patreon who don't allow it. What is already there isn't bad at all though :)
Some people have had a great success on there, which I think will always depend on your genre and how often you post. But at the end of the day, consistency is most important, as then your readers know what to expect. For myself, I wish I had more success over there honestly, but part of it is I keep writing niche things!
